Position: Marketing & Events Coordinator 

General Definition of Work:

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will assist with planning events, developing, implementing, and coordinating marketing requests and processes, and performing related work as needed. This is an in-person position in the Clearwater IDC location.

Essential Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Assist the marketing team with the creative development and production of marketing materials, print media, and advertising campaigns.
• Provide support and assistance in planning and executing the company’s special events.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Coordinator on the planning and implementing of daily social media messaging.
• Assist with photography and copywriting.
• Collaborate with the Web Designer to maintain product inventory on the website.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, ensuring the best cost for each ticket.
• Maintain a Travel Calendar showing everyone who is traveling, their arrival and departure times, and the cities they are visiting.
• Special projects assigned as needed.

• Photo editing and design software experience a plus.


• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
