Position: Sales Manager
Reports to: Store Manager
Status: Exempt

General Definition of Work:
In collaboration with the Store Manager, the Sales Manager oversees the Sales Team's activities and performance. This includes monitoring sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating ongoing training for the team. The Sales Manager is crucial in motivating the team to generate leads, follow up with customers, build strong customer relationships, and meet customer needs.

Active Presence on the Sales Floor: One essential function of the Sales Manager is to maintain an active presence on the sales floor. This means regularly being present and engaged in sales presentations. By actively listening and observing, there is a better understanding of what happens in each sales interaction. This allows the Sales Manager to be readily available to assist in closing a sale or to provide support to other sales associates when needed. You can ensure a smooth and efficient sales process by being aware and controlling the sales floor.
Providing Legendary Service: Being a "Great Host" and offering legendary service to all guests is a crucial responsibility of a Sales Manager. This involves engaging with customers and making them feel valued and special. Greeting every guest, offering them beverages, and expressing gratitude for their purchase are meaningful gestures that contribute to a positive customer experience. By providing legendary service, you enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Make sure the Sales Team follows up with clients through CRM system.
• Create a happy and positive team environment. A positive atmosphere among the sales team promotes teamwork, collaboration, and motivation.
• Daily and weekly coaching to let the staff know where they stand in sales versus goals.
• Keep the Sales Floor clean, including dusting the floors, removing trash, freshening restrooms and breakroom, cleaning inside showcases and showcase glass.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all merchandise, utilizing the ultrasonic or steamer as necessary.
• Display new merchandise as received.
