Position: Graphic Designer
Reports to: VP of Marketing and Operations
Status: Hourly, Non- Exempt
General Definition of Work:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This role involves developing the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate events.

• Develop visual concepts and designs for various mediums.
• Generate ideas collaboratively and translate them into compelling designs.
• Create graphics for digital and print applications.
• Apply typography and layout principles effectively.
• Edit and manipulate images to enhance visual impact.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Branding
• Brochures
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screen
