Tampa Wedding Venues
The Tampa Bay area offers brides venues that embody Florida, offering historic venues as well as Oceanside venues. Below we paired our top five favorite venues with beautiful engagement rings to not only embody the venue but also match the bride’s personality. Dive on in to see a few of the top wedding venues in the Tampa Bay area.
Armature Works
Picture this: exposed brick, industrial-style ceiling, and wood floors. This venue was used to store Tampa Electric’s (TECO) streetcars in the early 1900s. History aside, Armature Works is a waterfront property and offers many “instagram-able” photo opportunities for guests and bridal party alike.
The Florida Aquarium
Alright, so maybe you can’t get married under the sea, but at the Florida Aquarium, you can come close. Don’t worry, they don’t charge you extra for the 2,000 bonus guests located in their Coral Reef exhibit, which will be your vow backdrop. If you are looking for a unique way to tie in your love for the ocean, the Florida Aquarium is the way to go.
The Barn at Crescent Lake
One of the best parts of living in Florida is the weather, right? Brides and grooms can say I do under the beautiful (and shady) trees at the Barn while having the perfect backdrop for their wedding vows. We know Florida gets hot, hot, hot—so don’t worry they also have an indoor (and air-conditioned) barn. If you’re looking for a rustic venue, the Barn is the place to be.
The Vault
Switching gears, the Vault serves as the quintessential downtown Tampa wedding venue. Located in the heart of downtown, this venue offers incredible views of the Tampa skyline. If you want to party like Gatsby, well old sport – the Vault was built in 1923 and was the first bank in Tampa. No wonder we get the roaring 20’s vibes while were there.
The Avila Golf and Country Club
FORE! Watch out, this venue is a dream come true. If you’re a classic bride, you’ll love Avila Golf and Country club. They boast impeccable service and old-world elegance, and they deliver! The venue can accommodate 200 guests for a seated dinner or 300 for a stand-up reception.
